Eventmed UK Ltd believes that enthusiastic teachers who enjoy explaining concepts simply but effectively are more likely to encourage learning than those who see their job as a means to pay the bills. We employ our Instructors on the basis of three assessments, their competence in their field of expertise, their teaching ability, and their enthusiasm to impart their knowledge.

We believe that lectures need to be kept to a minimum, and when they are necessary they should explain and expand on the information given in course notes. Lectures should be interesting, using high quality audiovisual and computer graphics to enhance the quality of the lecturer, rather than distract from them.

Practical sessions should allow participation and need training aids allow practice of the skills required in as realistic manner as possible.

Attitudes towards casualty management are a key feature of our teaching and we hope that by a relaxed and interactive approach we allow course participants to question and then adopt our principles.

The company believes quality is the key element of good business practice and therefore we strive to ensure that our educational materials are up to date and that we have effective business management. We are actively pursuing a policy of independent approval and accreditation of our courses. In due course we hope to meet the stringent requirements of Quality Assurance, and take any dissatisfaction seriously.
